Written by Last year was an amazing year for the NCBSO. I believe this next season will be another amazing time of leading churches across our state in worship. Here are a few things you need to know. Check out the home page of this site and make sure you have all dates on your calendar!!
Time to register for next season
The registration form is now live. I hope you will all be able to attend the retreat this year. Not only are we working on the music, but there is a lot of intentional times of building community and worship during that time.
Please be sure to read the MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES to review expectations. You will need to check off that you have read them and will attempt to follow them. These guidelines are to help us maintain the great quality of our ministry.
The retreat is August 3-4, 2023 at Caraway Conference Center. Most will come and stay overnight for one night (Thursday night) with checkout on Friday. Those who need housing for both Wednesday and Thursday nights can sign up for this when registering. Note for those coming to the retreat and staying one night: Lunch is automatically included in the pricing for Thursday. All orchestra members should plan to come to lunch since you may have an afternoon rehearsal on Thursday (this is still being decided). We encourage all singers to come a little early on Thursday and enjoy lunch with the orchestra and directors. Caraway makes no adjustment for a skipped meal.

Hey Andrea, There is nothing at the WorshipPlanning site for you. Click on the links in this article to go to the registration form. WorshipPlanning site is what we use to confirm the various worship concerts throughout the season. That will be set up once registration closes. It also is used to send out messages when needed. Sorry for the confusion.
