Meal Options for Greensboro NC Baptist Annual Meeting

We will have Chick-fil-A cater our meal for our Greensboro time together. Everyone will receive the usual Chick-fil-a sandwich meal unless you fill out the form linked below.

If you (1) do not want a meal (you are bringing your own) or (2) want the Market Salad (a fresh bed of mixed greens, topped with crumbled blue cheese and a mix of red and green apples, strawberries and blueberries. Prepared fresh daily. Served with Harvest Nut Granola and Roasted Almonds-no chicken), you will need to fill out the form.

DO NOT FILL OUT THE FORM IF YOU WANT THE REGULAR CHICKEN SANDWICH MEAL. This will be ordered for everyone coming unless you notify us on this form.

We need your response by Monday, October 30 at 8:00 a.m. or you will receive the standard sandwich meal.
