End-of-Year Updates for NCBSO

I know you are getting ready for Christmas services and productions and this is an incredibly busy time of the year. I pray that all your services will be wonderful times of worship as you point people to our Savior Jesus Christ.

Many of you have not responded to the WorshipPlanning request to see if you will be attending the worship concert in Sanford on January 9. Please respond to that email ASAP. We need to get everything pretty much in order before Christmas since the concert comes so soon in the new year. Also remember that January 23 is the snow date for this. If the ninth is canceled for bad weather, we will move everything to the 23rd. Be sure to have that date reserved on your calendar if needed.

We hope to have meal reservation forms available for you next week so you can reserve the meals you want.

Be sure to help out in publicity by displaying the poster for the next concert (linked here) or using this image in social media. You can go to my Facebook page today and share my post to make it easy for you.

NEXT SEASON

Be sure to get all of next season’s dates on your calendar now (including the two January dates that have the built-in snow date AND the retreat). We only have four open dates for next season. If you know of a church can meet the hosting guidelines and would like to host us next season, please direct them to NCBSO.org at the bottom where they can see the open dates and download the hosting guidelines. We especially need churches in the east and central NC. We have two in the western region of the state.

Remember to be on the lookout for some great additions to the choir–especially younger members! Point them to NCBSO.org to see member guidelines and fill out a form so we will contact them once registration goes live.

Cuba

I am thankful to those of you that regularly donate to our Cuba missions account. Some donate monthly and some yearly. We are supporting a number of missionaries FULLY. We can use some additional support to keep up. Let me know if you would like to discover more and help us with this.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

I am so thankful for you! I hope you, your families and your churches have a wonderful Christmas season. I look forward to gathering together once again in January.

Much love and great joy!

Kenny
